IDEA: Screen Edge

What About making a border around your monitor so you can't take windows off the screen. Or having it so it will snap to the screen edge like the the gtalk chat windows. Or enabling it by holding a hot key while you move a window.

Allsnap is a fantastic program, and it features a "constrain windows to screen" option.
