jv16 PowerTools (registry management)
UltraEdit (long-time favorite text editor, becoming more buggy and bloated)
Classic Clipboard (clipboard extender)
Directory Opus (file manager)
Courier (email)
Foxit Reader (lightweight pdf reader)

Cloq:
Total Commander
Admuncher
Allsnap
Image For Windows
Maxthon
SmartFTP
Winrar
NOD32
Cookiewall
TrueCrypt
Win32pad

I also liked Total Commander very much. IIRC, it even had a means to integrate with an archiver program so one could easily browse through archives. It is possible, however, I am confusing this with the opensourced and GPL'd Midnight Commander.
