Wrong Hour

Hi
I got a strange issue.

Screeshots in Internal Browser have a +1 hour   Example if my system time is 8:30 AM   in Internal browser 9:30 AM is displayed.
Please note that actual png files are saved with correct time in regular windows file explorer.
I touched nothing in default saving options   (%Y/%m/%d/%exe_%H%M%S )

Any fix?
