Looking for Volume Booster

The Loudness Equalization looks interesting, but I'd have to mess with realtek drivers, and I'm sort of afraid of changing from the realtek drivers that are installed just to get that extra effects tab.

In fact, it works pretty well and I'm pretty pleased.  I have the volume for the computer set to about 10%, and it is as if it were normally at 40%.
