* Gets random samples by value.
* Deletes unchecked samples.
* Buttons for 8, 16, 32, 48 and 64 samples.
* Saves checked samples to sequential directory (auto) or manually.
* One-click preview.
* Remembers last directory on start.
* Set favorite directory.
* Uses settings data file.
* Always on top.

This is a wonderful! One-click preview is perfect. It is fast, intuitive and very useful. It would be interesting to have a bias option, e.g.,
Short duration <------------------>Long duration where collected samples have a bias toward long or short sounds.
That would be a useful development but as it stands the RandomSampler is fantastic!

Also...
A "rewind" or "recover" button that remembers the last selection before refreshing samples. I found a trilogy of great sounds, but refreshed without selecting to keep :D :-\ ;D

Next upcoming improvement is tags support... after the code for it is complete, we can add the features you mentioned :Thmbsup:
