Create ini from content folder : shortcuts, folders, any first level file.

Contro:
Some links fails I don't know why.

1. Exit option works by alternative methods.
2. in launcher.ini are not excluded launcher.ini itself, menuak.ahk or inialacontro.exe
3. Some links fails from the generated menu and launcher.ini, but not directly. So something is missing...
By some reason :

Only the name of the folder, file, or shorkink.

Okay, that's because of the imported .LNK libraty code (confirmed). I'm sorting it out.

(May need to re-generate it myself; no worries, I know exactly how to do it. Stay tuned :) Cheers!)
