Google is not happy that I have not told them the target audience age so it removed all my apps.. Going through them now to make sure no kid accidentally downloads an app to make checklists and resubmitting so the google god's will deem them worthy.

Yeah, I've given up on the idea of publishing anything on Google Play. It's just too annoying having to constantly update and configure things to keep up with their ever-changing requirements.

Good luck on the re-approval process!

It's not a huge deal but like Deo says it's a never ending marathon process where there is always some future thing that you'll need to fix to keep them happy.

And it's pretty sad that Apple is even worse.

This is why I've only recently-ish given up on Google Play, whereas publishing apps in Apple's walled garden was never an option for me.

The sad part is Google is penalizing the developers who gave so much monetary value to them, just to show the world that 'they care for users'

Post your apps on some of the open stores instead (f-droid xda, aurora)
