How can I restore or view a backup like FindAndRunRobot.ini._10_12_2021_7_32_33_AM.bak from the BackupIni?

It is not stored as a plain text file, but some binary format.

Should be plain text openable and readable in a text editor. You should be able to rename it FindAndRunRobot.ini and overwrite the one in the normal directory where your FARR saves it's settings..
