Best offline software for sudokus

I would to know about the best software for sudokus.
I have seen a lot of webpages with the app, and even for android.
My interest is an offline program for windows.

Soduku free is good. Specially the notes option, but I would like too the false position indication. suppose a number and leave indicated....
