screenshot capture save image and show selection not showing in windows explorer

I had to reinstall screenshot captor and my file saving isn't working as it was.  When I choose "save image as" it saves it just fine and places the image in the Windows Explorer folder that I want.  However, when I choose "Save image and show", the image gets saved but only shows on the left column list.  Clicking on the image there and choosing Properties, it says it is in the Windows Explorer folder that I want, but Windows Explorer does not show it.  Before I reinstalled, it would show there.

Any help would be appreciated.

When having a problem, I uninstalled the 2018 version that I had but reinstalled the latest version. 

I just uninstalled that and installed the 2018 version.  It's working just fine and I'll stick with this version.

This is a really odd problem. AFAIK Windows Explorer is used to show the panel with the thumbnails.
