[2018] Wanted: Console Text Editor for Windows

The TextEditors wiki - where I had contributed in the past - suffers from a lack of maintenance of existing pages. There are a lot of 404 links over there and my day only has 24 hours. Maybe someone of you feels able to fix those? :)
