mouse mover jiggler recommendations

I am in need of a standalone/portable app that I can run on a system that will keep system from going to sleep and applications from timing out.

I am curious if anyone has any experience with an application they would recommend

Shades:
Caffeine - used that a lot myself. It is free, small and portable.

I know I had Caffeine on a short list too. There was another one I considered, but I don't recall the name - but it wasn't on the list at Sphere's link.
