LBC is supposed to have code to fix up docking bars that get lost off screen due to monitor disconnect, etc.
You might try opening the options and using the menu "View -> Rebuild" and look for any flashing areas on the screen indicating that your launch bar is hiding somewhere.
Maybe I should add an option to right-click on a dock and reset it to appear on screen in window form, for these odd situations..

no flashes were observed. The idea of a right click option would be swell, if you have time for such a feature request. :up:
