Forcing https mode on donationcoder

I'm trying to make a change that will force https access to donationcoder for better security; let me know if you spot any oddities on the forum or website.

Well, I've been using DC from https for a couple of years (ever since it was made available) now, and I haven't seen a 'mixed content' messages in a long time, other then some members' Forum profile 'Signature' setting where they link to images/sites using http url's

I've not noticed any mixed-content, but this could also be a function of browser in use and/or configuration.

I did a few more tweaks to convert more page resources to https on the forum.
