maybe I'm nitpicking, but if anyones adding to the list can they please add something more than just a name + link. 

In a lot of cases the name is a clue as to what the program does, but I'm probably not alone in being wary of clicking on an unqualified link to find out whats on the end of it

Agreed, even a hint on what the program does would be nice. Image viewer, Programming tool, Macro/automation - something for a category.

Ultrasurf is mainly used for accessing the YouTube&google, it should be a good software. but since i'm in China, i can tell you its not safe to use it, and i don't recommend any of you guys use it. its a kind of phishing software, personally i use ExpressVPN. :-\

and maybe you can add some short description  ;D
