New printer

My sister has a new (Xerox-)printer on her Win10 system. Now when she tries to print with ScreenshotCaptor she only gets an error message. What can she do to successfully print to the new printer again with ScreenshotCaptor?

Only for info: After installing SC V 4.43 the new printer work with SC.
