People come here for help.  I don't think we want to discourage nor disparage them.  I'd think if you don't want to help, then just ignore them.

Contro:
Finally I have found Fayax Folder Maker and recovered the old listas.exe in C language this last one.
Both goes well under windows 8.1
The first one seems abandoned from http://www.fe9.org/ , but is downloable from https://sourceforge.net/projects/fayaxfoldermaker/ . Really is not abandoned, but don't seems in develop and the program itself propose the above disfunctional link.
A good program to create folder trees is listas.exe. Just seems to me is deprecated and have dissapeared from web. Is portable and needs an ini file. I have adapted sometimes a bat file to launch from everywhere.
I upload the exe and one ini file to modify when needed. I usually use this script in creating subfolders for my projects.

In other cases I was using this script but now goes disfunctional under windows 8.1 so I have to change.
I will put my attemps to solve with external help (when not ignored) and the final solution adopted.

So I have now some scripts to try . I choose Skwire for obvious reasons.
And goes well !
I have adapted in this way.
a) execute the wonderful Skwire script from an ahk script with my prefer hotkey (win + z  or control+shift+z )
b) use autotext from Phrase Express inside the skwire window script to select a group of folders of my election.

I put a screenshot to see this.
