Explain a movie...but badly...try not to give it away too much so other people have to guess what it is!

I'll start:

Guy in a metal hat sets up an unlicensed school for dangerous children run by unqualified teaching staff.

Slightly obscure, but memorable danish movie:

Bankteller foils robbery with a squash racket, only to have his girlfriend leave him. Our hero then reunites with his long lost brother to rekindle their brotherly bond.
