Backup Software recommendations 2018?

thanks Merle -- they -- it's actually for my sister, so I'll say she -- she is trying out BackUp Maker as recommended on gizmo's freeware

Free and paid versions are the same -- paid is for commercial use, but is reasonable. I dont *think* it does block level / partial file backup -- must check see if your recommendations do.
