I'm with ConstanceJill on this one. Looks like a spammer. Registered, posted this thread for no apparent reason, then left the site. All within 5 minutes. And hasn't been back here since.
I "googled" this French woman before I posted my answer. She is using the name alice131 in other fora/forums as well, and she is okay.

How do you know she is French? And how do you know that the alice131 you found on other forums is the same person and not just a generic spammer username?

"some issue" ! The question itself raises eyebrows. The poster is not expecting any solution but wants us to believe it is a normal post.
