A simple interpretation of the signs in an image.

It's possible ?

P.D. I know programs able to transform a photo in a cartoon....

There is the most awesome ASCIIGen2   https://sourceforge.net/projects/ascgen2/  Saddly it does not work with Win 10 (apparently), because it requires .NET 3.5, which I have not been able to install on Win 10.   :(
