Early morning rainbow that didn't last long. Would you believe it hasn't been edited? It's been resized to 99% twice to get it to this file size, but that's all.

If you're using IrfanView, you already have an easy way of controlling the file size, when the save dialog box comes up:

Does that method reduce the picture's resolution? The way I did it, it is still near-original. Is some detail lost when it went from 29.3 MB to 1.89 MB?
