You print each separately to fineprint without sending it to the printer.  It collates them into one print job, that you can adjust/manipulate as you will.

@dcwul62 it's gonna need work i.e. printing of each page.

I do something similar with InfoQube (IQ): clip each page to IQ's webclipper, which if left open will combine them into one view, I can also strip out whatever I want. Clip is saved to an HTML pane which could then be printed to a PDFprinter.
Although I'd say Fineprint is more specialised and suitable for the job (unless you want other IQ features/capabilities).

Maybe some other webclipper could also be suitable? (But dont know of any that will do the magic 'automatically save all pages'.)

wraith808:
There is also pdffactory.  It's a printer like fineprint (and by the same company), but it will save to PDF.  The reason I didn't originally recommend it is that chrome already has a print to PDF printer in it.  So the process is as tomos says... you print each page to the print job, then take out what you don't want or rearrange if necessary.  Then send on to your PDF printer to save it as one PDF.

I am not a chrome browser fan but it does do a good job getting rid of the ads and banners when I want to print something.

Use Pagezipper to make one huge page and then print it:

But id doesn't work well on some sites ...
