No one has made any major work on it. I am offering a custom build on Github. It can be obtained by going to https://github.com/Zero3K/presto/blob/master/opera-custom-12.15.zip.

Just another ping that the code itself is not OSS.  I like OSS, and this kind of thing as far as projects based on code that wasn't released under that licence gives the whole community a bad name, IMO.
