I prefer to control with own messages.
I need too to remember exercise. I have mounted before the year end a home gym .

Buy an alarm clock (physical) with most irritable and loud sound. Set time. Keep it as far as possible from you.

You will run to stop it before your wife gets up to get YOU.  :)

This is the best hardware solution IMHO. No software solution can match it. Your fat will vanish soon.

I said one is workrave, but I prefer messages in the background not prompting...
