Is there a reliable printer?

(1/1)

kalos:
hello!

All the printers I have owned, around 10, all failed at some point prematurely. I don't do harsh treatment, but they all had problems, either with the printing quality or the paper handling, or the communication, etc etc.

Is there a reliable printer that will be robust? I need it to be wireless and duplex and color ofcourse.

Most importantly, it must not break! even if it is not used regularly, or for whatever reason.

thanks!

mouser:
inkjet printers are finicky.  if you want a reliable printer get yourself a laser printer and use it for most of your printing needs.

That's not very informative.

What brand(s) & models have failed you most recently?

...And how did they fail?

Paper handling issues are most frequently caused by warn pickup rollers/separation pads, bad (or moist) media, and driver misconfiguration.
