I was wondering if someoone would make an editor for .theme files that would edit the [Control Panel\Colors]
section. 'Windows Color and Appearance' was removed from Windows 10/8.

Yea, that is an .msstyles file editor.
The virtualcustoms page isn't really about editing theme colors either.

I was just hoping for a GUI to edit the system colors in .theme files.
