I downloaded it and installed it, but when I try to run it, I get the error:

Unable to validate product license (ERR:2645)

and so I can't enter the unlock code or use the program  :(

Help please!

You probably had an old installation on the same hard drive.

Uninstall the product, make sure that the 'DiskSavvy Pro' directory is deleted from 'Program Files' and then install the product again.

Yes indeed, I had a previous version installed and uninstalling it solved the issue!
