I using a portable version on windows 10 pro.

that's strange.. i'm going to have to set up a win10 virtual machine to test one, as i can't think of anything that would cause those plugins to crash on win10 -- especially not when running farr in portable setup.

I know this is extremely old, but I sometimes run into the same issue when trying to load the plugin config page.
