I can't help further. I found this link (https://forums.tvaddons.ag/live-video-stream-link-sharing/17239-livestreams-xml-requests-2-a-818-print.html) where someone used a regex to identify the new url each time.

I don't know anything about URLSnooper, whether it could do something like that.
