process not being detected?

ProcessTamer is working great... except there's one program that isn't being detected and doesn't appear in its process list.  It's a Java service (SageTVService.exe), and I really need to create a rule for this app.  Can you help me figure out why ProcessTamer can't see this program?

i think this falls into the class of programs that pt thinks it can't control; i need to make some minor improvements to fix this - it's on my todo list.
