DESKLOCK...... Need a password ...

is there any way to incorporate a password to prevent a user from disabling the disklock.exe
I love the locking all the icons.. but all you have to do is double click the try icon or right and exit..
I want to be able to run it and only a password would be able to disable it.

ANY CHANCE ???????????? please ....
