As the smart phones are trying to take over the world, desktop programs are loosing market shares. A lot of them are dying, but that is not always easy to see. Now take this offer from Paragon. Yes, a photo program via Paragon! Franzis is a German software company, and well known for having made some fine programs in the past. But what about now? Are they alive and kicking, or are they dying - or all dead? I don't know for sure! Last update of this de-noise program was in January. I'm pretty sure this wont fix camera shake Anand.
I dont know what would improve images with camera shake - you might find something here:

Photoshop CC has an anti-shake module, it's quite good.
