Request for a screen security software

Hello, My name is Jitendra, I am visually impaired.
I need a software, so please help me find out or try making it...
it should be a security software like on the mac OS, voice over screen reader has, like some kind of screen curtain, so no matter whatever I do, the screen is not visible, or only a particular text or image is visible to the person who see the screen, and we should be able to use the PC with the keyboard.
or darkening the screen to a level that it is secure, whatever is easy to make. but pressing any key, inactivity or other things should not turn it off, eather from the taskman or a particular key should do that. Thank you, Jitendra.
