Don't know how much light you need, but I use something similar to this:

looking for something to soften the sharp edge of a laptop - the edge your wrists might rest on.

I find when typing I dont lean on that edge, but when surfing I do - which causes wrist problems.

Roll up a bath towel and secure it into a roll with some hair elastics.

I requested hair elastics from my niece for my last birthday - I use them in the kitchen as strong elastic bands, but still have a few extra so will try that out :up:
