Judy's TenKey (10Key) award-winning calculator

Midnight Rambler:
Here's my favorite free calculator: http://www.moffsoft.com/freecalc.htm

Curt:
BTW, if your main objective is the tape, I've been using the free version of this TapeCalc http://www.sfr-software.com/en/sfr-apps/calctape/windows for many years. -ScreenManiac (May 09, 2015, 04:46 AM)

^ wow! It has all the best from Judy's, but leaves out the geek stuff!

I think the choice of name (CalcTape) is really stupid, but maybe it makes sense to English speaking math students (no, word-speller, here it is math, not maths)? I would never find this application via Google, if I didn't already know the name!

But hey, a FREE version, or a Pro version at merely $8

Calculate, comment, correct
- the adding machine for your Windows PC !

CalcTape is a revolutionary new kind of pocket calculator. With CalcTape, also extensive calculations remain clearly structured. CalcTape makes the arithmetic process visible - you can generate intermediate results and subsequently correct or change all numbers and operations.

They also offer a version for Android:

Since it turned it to that sort of thread, the calculator I've used for years is Calcute (http://calcute.com/).

Most of the time, I admit, FarrCalc is enough, so I just use that.

Ever since I had to buy my daughter a TI 84+ CSE for school, I have been using Wabbitemu when I need [her to use] a calculator. :D  (No downloaded TI ROM required, and there's an Android version too!)

And since Lauren has... err... misplaced her calculator, she is now using Wabbitemu on her laptop as well when she has that sort of assignment...

mouser:
For super quick calc with tape, I use my own fcalc plugin with FARR:

FARR: https://www.donationcoder.com/Software/Mouser/findrun/index.html
FCALC plugin: https://www.donationcoder.com/forum/index.php?topic=8769.0

Not nearly as powerful or fancy as the others, but has the benefit of being always available if you already use FARR.
