Once-in-a-century Pi Day 03/14/15

(1/4) > >>

bit:
Saturday 03-14-15 (why does that sound so familiar?) is a very rare and special Pi Day, b/c the date spells out the first 5 digits of Pi.
This won't happen again until 2115.
Celebrate with your fav flavor of pi.
In observance of this special occasion, here is a pi joke;
Father (to his son home from school): What'd ye larn t'day, sonny?
Son: Pi r square!
Father: Fool kid. Pi are not square, pi are round.

Ath:
Well, over here in the non-US of A, we use a different date notation (14-03-2015, 2015-03-14 or 14.3.2015), that doesn't even come close to Pi, so I guess we'll have to pull the pass-card for the festivities :o ;D

Deozaan:
5 digits? You mean 10 digits!

Not only is that a good catch Deo, but it's just epic that the digits of clock times actually work!!

TaoPhoenix:

Heh for the second half of the thread tomorrow, everyone post their Pie stories!
You can even do it twice because "almost 9:30" is sane hours for almost everyone both AM and PM!
