I still can't figure how to enable WoL

I found these settings:

I am not sure if they are the correct and I don't know how to enable magic packets

Windows 8.1-kalos (February 20, 2015, 04:28 PM)

Standard = Can't use Microsoft RDP (not without hacking)
Professional and above  = Can use Microsoft RDP

Check both options.

You need to be able to pass the packets through the computer firewall from the LAN, and also through the router firewall, (if enabled), from the WAN.  The packets are normally received on port 7.

I can't tell if I run standard or professional etc version, it won't tell at Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System !
how can I know?

As for network adapter settings, the magic packet option is faded out and cannot be ticked!
I can only tick the "allow this device to wake the computer"

4wd:
Right-click This PC, select Properties - it'll say Windows 8.1 Pro on the second line if it's the Professional version.

You need to check your BIOS to see if your laptop supports WoL.
