Hi,

I've been using Process Tames for quite a while now. I recently noticed that the "explicit rules" are not always working:

- I tried to kill the "GWX" with an explicit rule, but this did not work
- I have an explicit rule to set e.g. the priority of "wbengine.exe" to "low" and I'm pretty sure that this worked before, at least sometimes, but obviously not always (I just experienced).

Any hints?
