I connect with my username and password at work's wifi and at work's lan desktop computers, after I login to my windows account

Will they know the websites I visit? Will they know my username and password?

Any way to prevent it?

They might not get your password but they can easily monitor the DNS lookups your system makes.  If the name being looked up is something like supersleezyporn dot com that gives it away.

There are ways around it... but in general, most workplaces frown on the things that would get around it.  Connect via https to secure communications.
