I want to become a distributor/supplier/etc of a product/service that requires regular order of consumables from clients

Any idea?

Eg, do you know a good cheap factory that makes compatible inks? or any other idea?

Sell food.

it's very hard to sell food and beat the prices of the supermarket.

you gotta find something very rare or of very high quality, but I doubt most people would bother try
