Anyone here use Emsisoft Anti-Malware?

Bleeping Computer seems to really like Emsisoft Anti-Malware but I'm not so sure.

Yes... it found 9 items but could only 'clean' 5... suggesting I visit their forum where i would receive *free* assistance removing the other 4.
This doesn't sound very favorable does it?   :tellme:
