printer problem
« on: August 20, 2014, 12:37 PM »
hello!

I have a Dell 1250c laser colour printer and few days ago it started printing faintly.
I changed the black toner, but it still prints faintly.

What could be the problem?

Thanks!

Transfer Belt possibly. Don't really have much to go on.

If you can scare up a manual for it and find out how to do one of the internal demo/test prints. That will tell you if it is actually something in/on the printer that is malfunctioning, or if it is a driver/software issue by taking the computer out of the equation.
