Two really cool meta fan comics imagining the life of fictional cartoonist Jon Arbuckle (owner of Garfield the cat):

You have to be familiar with the long-running uber-popular Garfield comic to appreciate these.

Wow, that was good.  The part where he embraces the little girl's drawing got me *right here*  :-*

Stand Still, Stay Silent

A comic about a post apocalyptic world in which the only known civilization left being in the nordic countries. It has some great and very vivid psychedelic art some times.

Oh wow, I didn't see that. Most have completely zipped past me when I skimmed through the thread.

Stand Still, Stay Silent has closed it's first adventure, and Minna has now started on adventure 2!

Also, she's started a narrative RPG based on SSSS called "City of Hunger".  Check out development here:
and download the first demo here:

Mouser's post about the System32 webcomic got me to re-visit this thread.  Here's a good one I've started reading recently:

Welcome to the future – where our world has become an exercise in contradictions. We are more connected than ever but alone. Healthier than ever but sick. Safer than ever but ultimately vulnerable. Seed is a story for these future times. Where the relationship between a girl and an AI system that begins simply, quickly complicates things for the entire world.

Start at the beginning:

Wow, there's even a trailer video.  *Beware; contains spoilers* (for the first few episodes, anyway)
