How do I manually scroll webpage while selecting rectangle?

As we speak I am completely revamping the "manual" method of performing a scrolling capture, to make it a viable option for tricky circumstances where automatic scrolling fails.

mouser:
The new beta (4.8.4) now has a completely revamped Manual Scrolling Capture system, that should make it a lot less painful to use SC to capture a window which you the user manually scroll the contents of.
