The nightmare of the programmer languages

I got it, but now I don't understand the images I obtain long time ago.
When i try to create the diskette unit A: i don't say any img file.
So why i have these strange extensions ?

seems related, but I don't know how obtain the four files extension 0d1 to 0d4......

dBase 5.0 Disk1 -> Disk4 ?
Have you tried renaming the extension and then mounting it?

Time to obtain new image floppy disks ?

Innuendo:
A quick search on the internet says that 0d1, 0d2, 0d3, and 0d4 are database files for a program called Omnis 5 circa 1989.
As far as I can discover, nothing else is known to have used those file extensions.
