These 2 links are the best I could find.  The bottom link seems to have links to active libraries.  Perhaps the "MT" part was incorporated into the language?  I'm just guessing as I haven't used Icon myself.

I'm rather talking about the little utility that was written originally by skwire

Hi, ouirmi, and welcome to the DonationCoder site.  The download link in that thread should still work.

Thanks skwire i've download it now. Is this the latest version ?

I've test it and i saw the icon change in only the last directory under the root dir.
I'm wondering if your program can change the icon if there is no file (but the desktop.ini) in a sub-directory but only an another directory and so.

In fact i would like that the folder containing only a subdirectory and no individual files counted as empty.
It's seem akward at a first glance, but if we issue a "shift" "*" under a root dir it will expand all of the subdirectories and then we will be able to easily visualize wich subdirectories that contain at least a file and witch are empty

I understand.  But why would I search MTICON when the topic is MT_ICON?  It doesn't really matter.  Glad you found it.  As an aside I had forgotten all about the Icon programming language.  Apparently there are still a few adherents as they still have libraries for it.  :)

Sure, I can make it do that.  However, there are a few utilities out there that already deal really well with finding empty folders.  Have you tried any of them?  Here's one:
