Unable to set the dimensions for the "Grab Fixed size region"

In the help file the "Ways to Trigger a Capture" page shows a setting to allow you to change the Fixed region size - this is not present in the current software - is this missing or do I need to look elsewhere?

Like this software and use it a lot.

I think this setting is now on the My Favorites tab, which is slightly less insane than where it used to be.
