Welcome to the site Bhathiya!
There's not really any formal process for joining the NANY event.. Just stay tuned to this section and you'll see us start posting some updates soon.
Usually what people do is start a new thread in this section and announce the name or purpose of the program they will be releasing. Some post early versions for people to try.
It will all make sense as we get a little closer to the new year.
