I guess it's a sad reality of today's "alternative facts" world that someone might feel the need to explicitly label "facts" as true.

Even more interesting to me is that if you asked them to "wait a minute", it turns out that you really asked them to wait for 6 minutes.

that was interesting. Problems were letting other people get access (Amazon would claim security, author sees monopoly attempt), and the lock not working (Amazon says startup problems).
